Welcome to ELMGATE

MODEL RAILWAYS

My name is Tim Sanderson. I am in my late 60’s, married to Janet, and we have one son – Christopher, in his 30’s.

Until the end of 2003, I worked for the local electricity Distribution Company. I then became “self-employed” as a consultant. In 2016, I stopped work, and now consider myself a Pensioner! I originally trained as an electrical engineer. I now apply these skills, and others learned over the years to Model, Miniature and Heritage Railways.

Janet and I worship at Haywards Heath Baptist Church, in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, (UK). The Church has our own web site.

I am also a Member of the local standard gauge Bluebell Railway and the pioneering Tal-y-llyn Railway in Wales.

For a few years, Janet and I have been part of a local series of choirs, which sing popular and “show” songs, mainly for charity. Now known as “ChoirandKo”, the web site is: www.choirandko.com.
